  • Directly responsible for operations of the Construction office, while offering support for two additional entities (Electrical & Fire) in a supervisory role.
  • Annual sales of $10MM -$12MM, pertaining to the Construction entity only. Strong Experience regarding building Construction accounting process and controls. Budget maintenance, cash flow and cost saving measures. Was working with 5 project managers who were handling 2 sometimes 3 project concurrently.
  • Performed AIA billing G702/G703, which consisted of 8-10 different jobsites at any given time. Also used Textura and Procore. Responsible for AP, HR and processing payroll.
  • Responsible for all Legal matters including contract review. Audits for WC/GL with NYSIF & private insurance companies (ABA approved ParaLegal)
  • Supported outside CPA with month, quarter and year end reporting along all tax reporting, including 1098/1099 reporting.
  • Completion of journal entries, reconciliations and account analysis to prepare quarterly financial documents and general account management.
  • Used Quickbooks for the construction entity along with being the owner’s personal assistant regarding personal Property purchases, loan documentation and more including partners while maintaining records related to various business partners.
