Once Promoted I Educated and Encourage teamwork between my employees and me . I customized the store ads and prices made sure all issues were resolved in a systemized and orderly manner.

Issues Between corporate and Store owners led to our store being sold and we were forced to improvise and adapt which led to out new location "Celularmania " Being opened and me constructed and designing the store . We specialized in multiple carrier cellphones and repairs . As manager I Approved and Authorized New cellphone Purchases . It is here where administered and conceptualized New skill in Technology and Powerpoint and Microsoft Office .

Attained new Location and continued to ensure and educate previous employees about standards in store Sales and operations . Discovered New ways to advertise and helped achieve sales goals . The Covid pandemic causes all business to slow down and shut down .
