Additional Information

I attended East Los Angeles College 2003-2005/ Construction management and site services were my core curriculums, Having worked on the Construction Industry since 2005 expanding over the next 7 years, I decided to widen my areas of expertise to best fit the criteria of the Management industry needs within the Residential and Commercial Fields, I attended Wyoming Institute of Technology 2010-2012 completing my certifications on Electrical-Residential/ Commercial Photovoltaic systems as well as Transformers and Motors including PLC Programming, The next 3 years were crucial for me, focusing on gaining the experience from top of the line Journeymen and Master Electricians that will help me be at a favorable position towards my Electrical Licensing in the State of California which i obtain in 2015, I relocated states during this year as well to the beautiful state of South Carolina, During this transition Utility Partners of America in Greer SC, gave me an opportunity to join their amazing team, Having worked on several projects along the way and finding the opportunity to grow professionally, I'm currently impacting the Construction Program Management area within the EV Division. As a Construction Program Manager, I had the opportunity to manage and program Construction Projects in several states, South Carolina, North Carolina, Indiana and Florida. My responsibilities ranged from Engineering Design, full understanding and revising of Engineering Drawings, Adobe acrobat, photoshop and illustrator design, as well as keeping track of each individual project using Managerial platforms such as Sitetracker and Microsoft Teams, Planner and Excel workbooks. The construction of our sites its based on several imperative factors, such as; Steel structuring and engineering, concrete precast bases for Distribution Equipment and Charging Infrastructure as well as understanding the codes and regulations of each individual county/municipality. When i design a steel frame or structure for station infrastructure, it has to go through revision and engineering to make sure that it will withstand wind and soil regulations as well as weight and code regulations pertaining to each jurisdiction, foundational concrete footing and precast bases also go through this process to ensure that every aspect of our infrastructure is up to code and meets all mandatory standards. Please see attached some examples.
