  • Work cross-functionally with hardware engineering teams and suppliers to obtain electrical development relevant data
  • Own and design vehicle wiring diagrams
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop wiring harness drawings
  • Work with the different teams across the company to calculate the appropriate wire sizes and select connectors

  • Coordination with Portland plant Production Managers acting as Liaison support to avoid rework needed on our autonomous trucks, providing quality trucks as soon as it rolled out of line
  • Avoiding over 16 hours of OT due to rework
  • Coordination with materials team in plant to deliver missing parts needed to build autonomous trucks
  • Avoiding over 2 days of trucks stalled for production line to finish building
  • Liaison support to create SC's reporting issue, and providing containment directly so plant is not affected
  • Avoiding approximately 4 hours of rework in offline to establish containment as well as making truck sellable once all tests were run
  • First person selected to travel to Cleveland NC plant to establish better relationships with CLE liaison team, as well as establish improvements for our designs
  • Creating new install diagrams to avoid complexity which took out 4 min out of TAKT time to make installation feasible
