As a electrician iwas in charge of installing the conduiet to the main conveyers.Then we would proceed with installling the ground wire rings around the conveyers with ground rods.We then proceeded in caution to install the boxes,DC boxes, with the help of backhoe carring it through the air. Then we would insert the cable wire 250,400,600,or 750 and 500 in the conduiet we had also installed under dc boxes..then we bring it down to proper regulation meashurement and apply u bolts to stabilize the boxes. then we would proceed to run the underground wire the way indicated in on the written plans based on the size of wire and were it goes to having them about a feet apart somtimes if necesarry we add dirt on the wires if needed to run extra wires on top.Always had a desinged enter and exit to trench never jump in or out.Also was in charge of grounding the fence to solar project with ground rods At their proper distance.also was in charge of running ground wire and electrical wire to the motors that turn the panels through coduit building were nessesary , such as in crossroads from one array to the other.This grounding equiptment would then be secured with ties.I also assisted to do termination perty much to scew on the bolts to the adopters added on end of wire to then be bolted to the electrical panel this process would aslo be used at other ends of wires at boxes, motors exetera.This pretty much explains that im learned the whole process and it was in northern wisconsin so it was 18 below zero and we were in trenches full of water to be pumped out in the snow because the project must continue mentallity.Dug trenches,backfilled holes and compacted earth to prepare for new construction.Checked electrical installation for proper wiring,polarity,grounding,and integrity of terminations.i was also in charge of verifing completionof inspection prior to installation process to reduce delays.most inportantly im a reader ofdrawings,shcematics and instructions to properly installPV systems in accordance with codes.i learned from some of the best in the field therefore, i developed efficient installation techniques to decrease labor time.i have aslso been college acredited for human relations and buisness comunications and can work good with people . ive had three crews under me in mechanical were i started.being a foreman for HD Tradesmanship, had stringline crew ,pier caps and centerstructure as well i had 21 pople under me and provided and assisted Leads with material, tools, batterys, water and related issues as i regulated breaks and Osha demands due to weather.

• Inspected completed work to verify quality standards and compliance with criteria.came in eary than evrybody got my paper work ready did meeting assesed with my crews brief intruction made shure gsi would be done properly according to saftey. made shure all material available to my leads,as well as tools and batterys and did rounds to visually see progress or for any unproper installatios on my deparments.Trained new enplyees to learn new systems,apply best practice and compl with protocalls and regulation.i supported and helped construction and extraction workers to facilitate timley completion project.investigated and reported accidents ,injuries and near miss insidents.administrated disiplinarry actionsworkers violating saftey regulations.directed projects according to schedule and quality demands.inspected equiptment and tools used for safe operation.trained workers in proper methods, equiptment operation and saftey procedures.

I strted as string line labor helper and learned the string line processthen i was moved to pier caps and learned that process then i was asked to take over the center structure for a person leaving the site so i did. then i moved to glass installation .and learned that as well.then i got bobcatcertified and buggy certified everywere i would go.then i got the call from anotherr company asking me to help as forman and i was gone.
