• Technical:

Overall: Check temperature, pressure, and agitation within reactors.

Conduct water washes, and PH Adjustments. Workup split and

pulling samples.

Reactors: Changing raw material, Charging gas cylinders, isolation to

centrifuges, isolation to filter press, isolation to filter dryers,

atmospheric reflux and vacuum reflux, vacuum strip and atmospheric

strip, reactor filtrations to PN-27, bag filter, 1.0 mil cartridge

filtrations and 0.1 mil cartridge filtrations.

Centrifuges: Feed, wash, spin, and offload.

Dryer: Load, drying, and offload.

Others: Prepare scrubbers, and set-up mobile reactors.

• Safety: Follow procedures, wear appropriate PPE always, check for proper position of all processing valves, and walk inside marked lines.

• Policies and proceeding manual, fixed assets control, physical stock taking, account receivable recovery, billing, production area traveled of security, exportation, inventory control.
• Applied professional judgment in gathering and evaluating evidence for thorough analysis.

• General Accounting, inventory control, production costs tax systems, fiscal control, importation transaction analysis of financial statements, report, result.
