I attained a youth soccer referee license through the Grassroots U.S. Soccer Federation which is a national company that focuses on players ranging from 8 to 17 years old:

• Enhanced player safety by enforcing soccer rules, maintaining control of games, and addressing misconduct on the field.
• Promoted fair play and sportsmanship by consistently applying game rules and officiating with integrity.
• Managed conflicts effectively and efficiently by mediating disputes between players, coaches, and spectators when necessary.

• Created the Bellarmine "Gaming for Charity" club where I organized gaming tournaments with classmates
• Collected donations as entry fees to raise money for the club
• Organized and oversaw tournaments, where winners chose what charity foundation the donations/proceeds would be donated to
• Overall, created a club that brought classmates together for healthy competition while collecting donations for a good cause

As part of a camp in High School I tutored Spanish and Math to Jr High students

• Collaborated with fellow tutors to develop effective strategies for simplifying the student needs and abilities.
• Enhanced students understanding of Spanish by incorporating real-world examples into lessons.

The Little Gym is an international gymnastics company that supports kids from 4 months to 12 years old. Although we teach gymnastics, there is a focus on developing the whole child as we support them to grow into confident and strong individuals:

• Teach 1 hour classes for kids ranging from 3-12 years old. Each class has multiple stations and skills that I first demonstrate and then spot for the kids safety
• Provide confidence building through Positive Feedback where I share the positives and high energy enthusiasm and Directive Practice where I share what we can improve each time.
• Help coordinate and lead birthday parties for customers

• WCSV is a non profit organization that focuses on rehab and release by focusing on providing care for sick, injured, and naturally declining species for wildlife of Santa Clara County
• I worked with various animals where I learned how to administer meds, create enrichment dishes, and cleaned after them.
• I was awarded the leadership role of Shadow Guide where I mentored other rookie volunteers

Histiocytosis is a rare cancer like disease that doesn't receive the funding for research it deserves. The Histiocytosis association focuses on raising the money to fund this research, educates the public, and promotes emerging treatments.

• Helped raised about $6,000 by scheduling and setting up a bake sale
• Set up a table with informational pamphlets and "merch" for people to take and get educated
• Helped bake sweet empanadas to sell
