Work experience

I have worked in the food industry for 12 years. Part of it has been worked for tortilla factories and in warehouses with high temperatures of 120F. The high temperatures are due to the fact that part of the machinery is ovens, fryers, industrial tanks, industrial boilers and conveyors. I learned industrial mechanics to change conveyors, bearings, air compressor filters and change machine motors.
I currently work High Pressure Processing (HPP) is a unique food preservation method that utilizes cold water and high pressure (up to 87,000 psi) to ready-to-cook (RTC) and ready-to-eat (RTE) proteins free of pathogens without compromising flavor.
We work hand in hand with USDA and FDA regulations. I also have knowledge in SQF, HACCP, SOP AND FOOD SAFETY.
