• At Napleton Automotive Group, I worked as a Porter and Lead Greeter, where I was responsible for preparing sold vehicles for customer pickup. As a Sales Advisor, I was responsible for promoting and selling car wash packages and monthly subscription programs to customers, while also providing clear and helpful information about the services offered. • My responsibilities as a sales representative for HomeGoods Were to assist customers in purchasing furniture, rugs, plants, and wall art for their home and I also helped out in the front as a cashier. my accomplishments at HomeGoods where top sales representative for three months straight and also employee acknowledgment from customer surveys

During my time at Jewel-Osco, I began my role as a Bagger, where I was responsible for efficiently and carefully bagging customers’ groceries in a logical, organized manner to ensure that items were protected and remained undamaged during transportation. I consistently demonstrated attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service at checkout. In addition to my duties as a Bagger, I also served as a Cart Attendant, where I managed the collection and organization of shopping carts from the parking lot, ensuring that cart corrals remained neat and that a sufficient number of carts were always available at the store entrance for customer use. This role required strong time management skills, physical endurance, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on customer convenience and safety.

Due to my consistent performance and excellent interpersonal skills, I was later promoted to the Produce Department, where I took on additional responsibilities such as stocking fresh fruits and vegetables, maintaining product quality, and assisting customers with their selections. My ability to quickly adapt, work collaboratively with team members, and uphold high standards of service contributed to my continued success within the company.
