I am to working in bedside patient care. I have the utmost respect for my patients and I only want the best for them. My main priority is safety. I want to make sure my patients feel comfortable when I am around. I love that I can make them feel relieved when they know I am there to take care of them. I feel that I am an expert when delivering care to my patients. I have been a CNA for 9 years. I have worked in Skilled nursing home facilities and have moved up to working in intensive care units. I worked in the ICU at Unity Point and learned a lot of new information that I never knew about working in a nursing home. I am currently working with open heart patients in a CVICU at Methodist. My true calling is working with critically ill patients. I have learned something new at every job I have worked at and I continue to learn something new everyday.
