• Plan, execute and control infrastructure project according to the budget for the Civil Works.

• Responsible for ensuring coordination and management of General Supervisors, plant managers and survey teams, ensuring construction is conducted safely, in accordance with the Programme and within budget. Responsible for liaising with Contractor’s Engineer to ensure quality and construction progress.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving method statements, procedures, ITP’s and technical reports from the Contractor are in compliance with the Owner Technical Specifications.
• Responsible for ensuring Works are conducted in accordance with local legislations, technical specifications, approved method statements, procedures, and ITP’s.
• Responsible for ensuring the project is completed in accordance with applicable standards, materials, methods, and procedures are verified prior to use, maintaining detailed records for handover to the Banks on completion. Coordination of weekly progress meetings with the Contractor and its subcontractors
• Responsible for ensuring all engineering deliverables are submitted on time, approvals and revisions are accordingly when required to avoid delays with the Programme and provide technical knowledge.
• Review of the Contractor’s submissions.
• Coordinate meetings with Owner’s Engineer and the Contractor Reporting on engineering progress with regards to civil engineering deliverables.

• Review drawings, specs and informed of interference in drawings. Prepare RFI's related to interferences with designs.
• Weekly meetings with the Owner and the Contractor
• Review and analysis of Instrumentation data consisting of Settlement Plates, Piezometers, Extensometers, Inclinometers, Observation Wells, Sump Pits and Movement Markers reports. Issue evaluation and recommendations.
• Coordinated with subcontractors and consultants to boost productivity and efficiency.
