At C&S waste my main responsibilities were receiving,processing and sell all recyclable material,quality control, i had 30+workers under my supervison, i was responsible for the whole process of the yard.

Daily speaking with customers, getting calls,faxes, inspectors, sending over 100 containers a month.

At fetzer started with all the basic winery processes, after a couple of year i moved to the night shift were i started being on charge, my responsibilities being a team coach were making sure to follow all the quality procedures, i was racking,blending,filtering, adding, topping teaching new workers etc, during harvest season i was on charge of the full process of red grapes from grapes to pressing every single tank.
