  • Supported Powertrain EE Projects encompassing Conventional and eDrive projects on Software Development, Calibration & Digital Validation; after-sales tester SW development, vehicle SW issues and diagnostic authoring; and incubation of automated driving projects.
  • Provided leadership to nearly 500 high-performing developers working both in offshore and onsite mode and Organizing various motivational & team building activities, creating a positive vibe among the team, holding one on one sessions for identifying any detracting or de-motivating vibes among the team.
  • As Manager - Powertrain Electronics
  • Expanded the team from 35 members in 2013 to 150-member in 2016 and steered all round efforts in the areas of Software Development, PT ECU Projects, eDrive Simulations, Digital Validation – Mil, Si & Hil, and calibration tools & processes.
  • Established state-of-the-art Low and High Voltage Labs to validate eMotor and Onboard Charging Systems incl. Wireless Charging.
