• My work includes: design, working with architects and engineers, transfer layout from blueprints, perform rough and finish carpentry, along with plumbing, electrical, hvac, hanging doors and windows, exterior siding, and installed roofing.

Joined the Laborers International Union for two years,and then switched to the Carpenters Union. I worked on commercial and residential construction until going into business for myself.

My business partner and I worked with Woodstock Bank in Illinois. Our company Shanelly purchased a parcel of land which included all the streets. We designed and built 22 semi-custom homes on the property. We managed the project from start to finish before moving to California.
