· Perform pre-qualifications and hiring of all field craftworkers and supervision.
· Making sure I have the knowledge of all self-perform personnel’s capabilities.
Safety Management
· Ensure company drug, alcohol and harassment policies are met.
· Ensure OSHA regulations and company policies are met.
· Tracking of all craftworker and salary employee’s training records to ensure all are up to date.

· Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with OSHA regulations and all company policies.
Self -Perform Work
· Maintain and update manpower resource sheet.
· Maintain and update potential job list.
· Report weekly on on-going projects.
· Manage self-perform hand-off meetings.
· Participate in self-perform steering committee meetings and self-perform management meetings.

Tilt-Up Self-Perform Work
· Develop casting plans, lifting plans and crane needed for erection.
· Estimating of tilt-up work as needed.
· Training craftworkers on tilt form work.
· Ensure right submittals are turned in.
· Work directly with project team to ensure a successful outcome.
Fleet Equipment
· Maintain logs on fleet equipment per job.
· Direct pick-up and deliveries of all fleet equipment.
· Distribute monthly invoices for payment.
· Purchaser of all fleet equipment and safety equipment.
