  • The focus of the program was to increase throughput and maximize efficiency in the Distribution Centre and my recover plan was linked directly to the IT development and process change I identified across all Value Streams in Earthbound Farms
  • The through put target was vastly exceeded by the process changes and IT developments I drove during this program, and it has been a very high-profile program that has received acknowledgment by Senior Executives in WhiteWave Foods
  • As part, my overall program reasonability I was the Program Executive for a $5m Warehouse expansion at Earthbound Farms which was a fully functional SAP WM implementation that needed a fully redesigned Warehouse layout and process design which I lead
