• Manage daily department work flow based on priority.
• Supervises CT tech's and coordinates schedules.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and radiation safety.
• Evaluates subordinate's work performance, recommend promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Establish new Ct protocols as directed by chief radiologist.
• Implement new processes to improve efficiency and quality of work performed.
• Maintains appropriate par levels of items necessary to operate department on daily basis. .
• Assist Department director in hiring process of new CT techs.
• Maintain and renew ACR accreditations for all CT scanners.
• Train and supervise new CT technologists
• Complies with all safety rules and regulations and ensures staff is well informed of requirements.
• Communicates organization's mission and vision to all staff.
• Coordinate with radiologists , Nursing / ER /and other healthcare personnel to deliver quality patient care.

• Assumed in-charge role when /as needed.
• Performed all type of CT procedure in all age groups including Trauma ,Coronary CTA, TAVAR, venipuncture,biopsies and aspirations in accordance with established department protocols, radiation and safety standards.
• Coordinated with other healthcare personnel including Radiologist / ER / Nursing staff to deliver quality patient care.
