  • Documented and resolved product that failed quality parameters which led to product being quarantined. The material was scrapped, so never entered the warehouse inventory and thus not sold and shipped to a client.
  • Achieved a complete redesign of a new process through effectively helping with safety inspection of the new process. The information and deficiencies I recorded were escalated to the corporate office for evaluation and implementation in other Carlisle facilities that used the same process, resulting in a safer work environment for employees.
