As a graphic designer, I have created some great customer relationships during my career. I have many long-term clients that utilize my skills whenever they need something designed. I have clients in all types of fields and businesses. From top tier management to small start-ups, I enjoy developing good working relationships with them all.
I am empathic, caring and a proven problem solver and will go to almost any length to ensure my clients satisfaction.
I have design clients that I have been working with for the past 15+ years and consider many of them my friends. I will go to bat for my customers and do whatever it takes to sell the product and promote their company.
I enjoy working with all types of people and thrive on helping their businesses grow. I have increased sales for many clients with my ad design experience, along with my ability to problem solve and love of negotiation. I took one of our local newspapers from a below average subscription rate to the #1 selling newspaper in our region. Any problem can be solved with a good attitude and willingness to put forth the effort. A position that allows me to work with people is an excellent choice for me. Accomplishments
- Collaborated with team of two in the development of "Get your ad outta bed and to the breakfast table". This was an idea to get the subscription rates up. A customer was picked from the clients that came into our office and wanted to do a classified ad. One person was selected from each day and entered into a monthly drawing for a free 6 month subscription to our newspaper. The winner was announced, we interviewed them, and asked for any comments about our local paper. The comments were published and the best comment was chosen. Because of this small promotion our subscription rate went up by 12% and eventually by 30%. It was a great boost for the paper, the associates and the readers. This contest was in effect for over a year!
