Attend all newborn routine & high risk deliveries to provide evaluation, support & resuscitation as needed, vapotherm, cpap, intubation assistance, ventilator management, obtain cap gases and titrate respiratory support to improve patient status, administer & monitor high flow therapies.
ER and Floors .. evaluate patients cardiopulmonary status, administer nebulized and metered dose breathing treatments, administer and monitor high flow therapy, cpap & bipap, draw & evaluate blood gases, titrate ventilator settings or other respiratory support to improve patient status based on ABG, emergency evaluation of cardiopulmonary status in ED, airway management, intubation & assistance.
As a part of the bedside care team in the ICU and ED for both COVID and Non-Covid patients my duties were assessing the cardiopulmonary status of patients, assisting with intubation and managing mechanical ventilation, assisting with bronchoscopy, obtaining and analyzing arterial blood gasses, making ventilator adjustments to improve patient support based on ABG, administering breathing treatments, administer and monitor high flow therapy, cpap & bipap, assessing patients oxygenation in preparation for discharge, tracheostomy care, tracheostomy tube changes, managing patient's airways during conscious sedation or cardioversion.
Evaluate patients respiratory status, administer nebulized and metered dose breathing treatments, administer and monitor high flow therapy, cpap & bipap, draw & evaluate blood gases, titrate ventilator settings or other respiratory support to improve patient status based on ABG, emergency evaluation of cardiopulmonary status in ED, airway management, intubation & assistance, level IIE NICU cares attending all high risk deliveries to provide support & resuscitation as needed, intubation assistance, administration of surfactant, ventilator management, obtain cap gases and titrate respiratory support to improve patient status, administer & monitor high flow therapies.
