Ensures that the required move-in inspection in RENTCHEK (including photographs) is completed with accuracy and uploaded into Salesforce promptly. Completes a follow-up warm call and email within 24 to 48 hours after completing a move-in orientation. Conduct 30 to 90-day journey calls.
Oversees case queue assignments, ensuring all resident inquiries and concerns are assigned, tracked, and resolved promptly. Handles residents' phone calls and emails.
