I excel in breaking down large problems into smaller pieces that can be distributed and conquered. Most problems I have solved are centered around: mathematics, physics, computer-science, computational performance, networking performance, data storage, designing algorithms, team logistics and communication, developer tooling, and reducing complexity in my work environment. You can count on me to tackle abstract or theoretically complicated tasks and use them in practically efficient ways to solve real-world problems.
I also have invested considerable time into developing focused technologies teams use to optimize their workflow to feel happier and get work done faster at a higher standard. I tend to contribute to more than my fair share and overall increase the value of the organization I am a part of, even long after life may have taken me elsewhere.
Game Development is a genuine passion I've had since I was a young child, making boardgames like Candy Land with taped pieces of paper and a pencil I am at a stage in my life where I can fluently design, implement, and share games that range from mechanically intriguing to story-driven experiences that drown me and players in a new world of my design
Mathematics and its many ways of expressing statements and relationships is a core aspect of my life I particularly enjoy fields like Real Analysis, Differential & Analytical Geometry, Vector Calculus, Linear & Abstract Algebra, Graph Theory, and so forth I personally believe by learning more in these fields I can apply them to my work to create innovate ways to solve old or new problems better
Physics was the kickstart to my advanced mathematics journey, and has truly allowed me to appreciate the universe in all of its complexity I have been able to break down many unrelated problems into simple physics formulations and it only brings me joy It gives me a playground to see what kind of realities mathematics has given us to explore
Composing music is a new addition to the list, as it gives me an outlet to express emotions, places, scenes, thoughts, and other creative ideas that math and programming just can't It lets me explore the realms of my mind in a way that people enjoy and appreciate
Conlanging is one I'm chipping away at, the practice of constructing languages for different civilizations, histories, practical goals, and more The thought of designing languages intrigues me to no end You'll find me picking apart simple sentences or phrases in many different languages, breaking them down into their core components to understand their relationships and meanings
