Working out, hikes, rescue animal lover, being with husband traveling, and daughters

I am fortunate to have my parents living close. We immigrated here in 1980 from South Africa , so I have a unique understanding on multicultural issues as well as immigration. I am very close to my parents and my two college age daughters. I love going on work trips with my husband (who's a pilot). I have a passion for animals. We have two rescue dogs and two cats. We love to hike, workout, and laugh.

My best friends daughter was recently in a terrible car accident. As a single mom she now has a quadriplegic daughter. Almost all my free time  is spent helping them in the last few months.

My spiritual life is important to me as a believer. I live to help people and see lives transform. I love being a therapist and believe I was born for this.
