I have been working in the restaurant industry since i was 15 years old i started with a family owned Italian place were i answered phones and took togo orders then eventually learning how to serve then on to bartending the older i got. I've worked in banquet halls for the Omni Hotel organizing peoples most important days designing food menus specialty drinks and floor plans. I am also skilled with running a full kitchen down to ordering and managing inventory I learned how to cook a full saute line tunas, salmons, scallops and specialty dishes. I am also able to filet meats and seafood. I have a true passion for mixology, i have been handcrafting beautiful drinks over the past 5 years. I have become a Strong leader and problem-solver dedicated to streamlining operations to decrease costs and promote organizational efficiency.
