Currently developing scope of work with internal Design Standards team, developing test fits, and developing project budgets. Duration of project planning, approvals, execution, and closeout is 28 months and includes multiple components: FF&E decommission at new location, demolition, construction, reuse of existing amenities at new location, technology infrastructure and installation, FF&E installation, signage and branding, relocation of employees and decommission of buildings being vacated. All aspects of project will incorporate approved Design Standards, Wellness Standards, Sustainability Standards.
  • Continuous West Regional Group Manager support by providing progress of projects, identifying critical milestones, project risk assessments, schedule and budget assessment and reporting.
