Coordinated all aspects of an open shop, high-end residential and commercial Cambria Suites Hotel (10-story, 250,000s.f.). High-rise building including core and shell, infrastructure, utilities, modular units, all trades, MEP, carpentry, curtain wall, masonry, scaffolding, elevators.
Maintain heat inside and outside building at 60 degrees-24 hours per day, wrapped entire building in plastic, used 8 million BTU of heat to maintain temp temperature.
Managed functions including supervision of over 80 construction workers, foremen, superintendents, scheduling, budget, logistics, lead-time materials, milestones, critical path (project ran 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to achieve milestones. Maintained all local/OSHA requirements, daily reports and inspection schedules, working with partnerships with all project participants using a team environment to build consensus and support for shared goals.
