I would love take everything I have learned in nursing and develop my skills in new ways. I am passionate about evidence-based practice and striving for the upmost quality patient-centered care. I love working with my nursing interdisciplinary team as well as the patients and their families. I have worked as a nursing supervisor, charge nurse, preceptor, and mentor for several years and cannot wait to bring my enthusiasm and passion into a new role.
