Summary

I am an ambitious, organized and problem-solver who thrives in situations where I am able to develop ideas in management, sustainability and food choice. At the same time as my studies, I started working very early in the hospitality sector between bars and restaurants, even managing the beverage part of cocktail bars for about 8 years. Thanks to these past work experiences, I was able to develop notable skills, such as having excellent communication, empathetic and constructive skills in roles that require teamwork, but also excellent efficiency and precision in working independently.

  • Development of the final thesis, relating to the "Ostrinnova" Project on the strengthening of the aquaculture and shellfish production systems in the lagoons of the west coast of Sardinia. I actively collaborated on this research project in the aquaculture sector of the research centre, through the use of different techniques relating to the management and production of shellfish farms, mainly oysters, which was the topic of my final thesis project.
  • Weekly on-site checks of the standards for a correct management and quality of all farming production systems, using the tools for biometric calculation and for the detection of the environmental biological parameters.
  • Recruitment, selection and data collection activities of samples of the various biological species, especially oysters, from the lagoons.
  • Analysis of biological data collected through the use of laboratory tools and data analysis technologies.
