I am an ambitious, organized and problem-solver who thrives in situations where I am able to develop ideas in management, sustainability and food choice. At the same time as my studies, I started working very early in the hospitality sector between bars and restaurants, even managing the beverage part of cocktail bars for about 8 years. Thanks to these past work experiences, I was able to develop notable skills, such as having excellent communication, empathetic and constructive skills in roles that require teamwork, but also excellent efficiency and precision in working independently.
