  • Responsible for all of the on-site employment law compliance, EEOC, and BBB complaints and mediations, along with educating and reducing the number of claims that the dealership saw by 8%.
  • Provided implementation strategies that promoted the growth in the new car volume from an average of 150 new cars monthly to 300 per month; set the foundation to get the used car volumes from 130 monthly to 240 units monthly at Hyundai.
  • Increased net profits to $2.4 million on average, from breaking even and or losing money consistently from the previous five years.
  • Acted as a Community Liaison and attended various networking events, including the Chamber of Commerce, women’s groups, and other community events on a regular basis which led one of our dealerships to win an award for Community Partner of the Year.
