As a recent university graduate from Cal State University Bakersfield and successfully completing the Kern Teacher Residency Program offered by Cal State University Bakersfield and the Greenfield Unified District allowed me to complete my teaching credential program which will allow me to begin my preliminary teaching credentials. Moreover, as a previous Associate Director with 8+ years of experience planning, directing, and implementing programs along with strategies across Kern, Tulare, Paso Robles, Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo counties. In 2020, I successfully led a new program that was being implemented due to Covid-19. We had 85+ participants finish our program regardless of the circumstances. As a team we exceeded the projected participants. I have strong written and verbal communication skills, reliable, fast learner and passionate about team building in the workplace across all cultures. I'm organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude and in a timely manner. Additionally, I'm a person that will take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Lastly, I will be contributing all my knowledge and skills in any organization that will bring new challenges and with my growth mindset I know that I will be a strong asset to any team.
