- Coordinated planning, tracked completion, and documented certification of 2,459 jobs completed by Ship's Force instead of contractors, totaling 4,438 man-hours by 98 personnel across eight work centers: saving the Navy $119,437.
- Led 28 sailors in day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of propulsion plant's primary and secondary electrical equipment. Continuously trained and mentored all personnel to become judicious troubleshooters and well-rounded technicians.
