As a kid my Father taught me how to fish, and ever since i've been an avid fishermen.
i just love the peace and tranquility i feel while i am out on the water, Sports in general
has always as well been the "glue" to who i am, i played every sport there is and was pretty
good at them, all through High School, and even non professional in the Military. I Love Garlic,
Butter,Parmcheese and all the delicious ingridents that goes in Italian Food, so i taught my self
how to incorporate them together and just watch as others enjoy my dishes...(Chicken Marsallis) is
one of my favorites.
