My dedication and exceptional work ethic goes beyond any ordinary associate, while having Knowledge of the assembly line and its tools. I have the capability to use all power tools because of my high school experience. In high school I was part of a steam team that participated in vast learning about pneumatic tools, built and read blueprints, and solved many problem solving questions. Also I have a High energy and outgoing attitude that is very comfortable to speak out on any topic. With little to no defects on the line and perfect attendance I am dependable for any job. lastly, i have over came so many challenges being a primary proxy/trainer and extracting the knowledge from my process leads and section leaders around me that have supported me in my journey. I currently work for BMW at group plant in Spartanburg.
