Summary of duties and responsibilities while at Cardinal Civil Contracting.

* During my time at Cardinal Civil, my duties were to first hire employees and build crews.

* manage employees and equipment to efficiency build projects

* hire and manage subcontractors

* Meet with Clients for Pre Con meeting and give presentation of steps/ Scheule/ and Contract requirements etc

* Scheule crews and subs to start project from beginning stages from having project surveyed to clearing , installing all erosion requirements to earth moving / under ground utilities / water/sewer/storm drainage /electrical/plumbing etc.

* make sure all safety rules and requirements for Cardinal and clients company requirements are being met and all documentation is being met and exercised.

* Work with engineers and project managers etc

Duties and responsibilities included choosing and ordering equipment for building jobs, and supplying crews.

* Set and maintain company policy for safety . Ensure clients safety procedures are meet and maintained .

* Meeting and reviewing plan sets with the DOT and engineers to schedule and phase work to build job.

Interview for employment and set employee pay scale.

* Meet and schedule sub-contractors

Oversee and manage all steps and procedures of the job task. Such as calling in locates for under ground utilities / traffic control etc . Maintain and manage that project is being built correctly with phasing etc.

* Trouble shoot issues and resolve conflicts

* Maintain and manage multiple projects .

• Supervise multiple crews and equipment.
• Manage and approve timecards, and all safety requirements.
• Meet and coordinate with inspectors.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, crews, equipment, and job phasing.
• Manage and operate total station and GPS equipment. Layout/survey areas of work.
