  • Maintaining the plant with in all environmental limits, and permits. Responsibilities of daily operation of facility during assigned shift, including the monitoring of boilers, turbine, and steam plant. Including approving all requests for removing equipment from service for maintenance and other purposes. Ensuring equipment is properly cleared and tagged, and issuing safety permits, in accordance with plant procedure.
  • Oversee and monitor's all boiler water chemistry and outfall or discharge of waste water from the facility. Reports to DEQ, all possibility of exceeded emissions.
  • Troubleshooting equipment and system, with high-pressure boilers, electrical generation, operation of steam-generating power stations and instrument control system and able to clearly communicate and instruct in person and by phone as on-call personnel.
  • Heavy Equipment Operator of Frontend Loader, Backhoe, Bobcat and Certified Fork Truck.
  • Responsible for, in the event of emergency or unusual event, direct or personally perform the required operations as well as coordinate the activities of all personnel involved. Including emergency response to injuries or accidents.
  • Coordinating and scheduling of resources to optimize labor allocation and scheduling maintenance activities as needed to minimize downtime while troubleshooting plant operational issues to enhance service delivery.
