Current Site Lead responsible for the accountability and overseeing daily operations of the Prince George, VA New Equipment Training (NET) team.

Coordinate effectively with the New Equipment Training (NET) Chief regarding upcoming and ongoing fielding and NET missions.

Effectively tracked customer and company required training for the NET team utilizing a company ran training tracking system.

Responsible for delivering comprehensive training on new equipment and ensure all supporting training requirements were met.

Assist in equipment offload/ Set-up of fielding site, the execution of the fielding/ NET event and break-down/ shipment of equipment.

Maintained excellent working relationship with customers by providing effective training on multiple items of equipment.

Conducted multiple NET missions (CONUS/OCONUS), training thousands of military, DOD and contractors on clothing and equipment.

Team Lead, Jumpmaster Team

Responsible for leading a 10-man Jumpmaster team, overseeing training for the T-11 and MC-6 Advance Tactical Parachute System (ATPS).

Responsible for delivering comprehensive training on new equipment and ensure all supporting training requirements were met.
