- Manage a territory of multiple counties in Central Florida of all independent U-Haul locations. My route consisted of an average of 35 locations. I was responsible for all business decisions, and customer service issues in that geographic area. I was required to meet profit and transaction goals at my locations. Locate and target new business locations in profitable areas. Form productive relationships with local businesses in that area to ensure their success. Provide phone support, and hands on support for the point of sale system. Manage parts inventory and complete repairs of the fleet in that area. Using my company ramp truck service vehicle to transport and regulate trailer inventory. I had to be able to manage time effectively and work unsupervised to be successful.
