- Managed Henkels & McCoy's West Region Fleet, Facilities, and Tool Departments.
- An internal team of forty-seven employees and support from third-party vendors, we maintained a fleet of over two thousand vehicles, four owned properties, and twenty-plus leased properties throughout our region that supported the operational groups and all required tooling.
- I conducted yearly business with a rolling budget of 3.5 million for overheads / indirect, fifty-five million for fleet cost, and 1.5 million for facilities.
- We lowered overall cost of our fleet by increasing equipment utilization and reducing rental equipment.
- I made this possible through improved communication and cost transparency with operational groups.

- Becoming directly involved in cost control, customer relations, scheduling, hiring, project managing, and coordinating crews and subcontractors for Southern California Gas, San Diego Gas & Electric, and PGE.
- I also worked in their River Crossing Division and was part of their HDD workforce; I traveled to other countries to work on HDD projects and projects here in the states.
- Before leaving ARB, I helped develop and build a Gas Distribution division in Northern California to support the customer needs of PG&E.
- This division had grown to over two hundred employees when I left the company.
