Forty years' experience as an IVF Laboratory Director. Experienced in all aspects of human IVF including but not limited to ICSI, oocyte and embryo cryopreservation, oocyte and embryo vitrification and trophectoderm biopsy. Consultant to numerous IVF programs, Zoos and Conservation centers in the US and abroad. During my career I have both designed and built numerous IVF laboratories. In addition I have consulted for many others in the US and abroad. I remain active in the area of assisted reproductive technologies in threatened and endangered species. IVF success rates are consistently in the top 5 to 10% in the country.
