My name is Rodney and I have been in the Hospitality industry for 5 years now. In these years, the opportunities that have opened up to grow and learn in this industry have been tremendous. In being able to hone in on those skills over the years I have continued to fall in love with the Hospitality Industry. In my time as a Assistant Rooms Operations Manager I have been able to show my communication skills, work ethic, team first mindset, but most importantly my leadership skills. Everyday in this role I have been able to continuously show my heart for hospitality but also take on more responsibility within the operation.
