Part of my job is to respond to resident maintenance requests and concerns in a timely, respectful, and professional manner. Upkeeping and repairing anything in the property that needs to be done. Conducting routine inspections, also doing repairs on various systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas. I also handle tasks like painting, carpentry, and landscaping if need it, and may be involved in preparing units for new tenants. I organize and inventory maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies. I rotate emergencies call with my other co workers when need it.

Knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and facility equipment to overhaul, repair, and install physical structures, basic plumbing and electrical, keep swimming pool maintenance and HVAC systems.

Performed routine lawn maintenance duties including grass cutting, lawn edging, and weed pulling. Repairs structures, trim trees, flowering plants, fall clean-ups, edging around flower beds, operating gardening tools, chain saws, and ground maintenance.
