Welding 45ft and 35ft pipes using the plasma welding gun. Check for defects such as laser lines inside the pipe and crooked pipes by turning them on the table. Use machine to flip the pipes on the line to pipe straightener or on the table with straight pipes . Band rap for the crane operator to pick up.

• Get on the cherry picker reach lift and go to designated aisle in the warehouse.
• Pull the desired pieces ordered , load onto the reach lift while wearingvthe harness.
• Scan the piece by pointing the scanner at the inventory serial number and location bar code.
• Take the full order to designated lane for QC and load .
• At the end of the shift place orders in the area that each truck will pick up according to the city of delivery

Pick up daily paper work orders from the printer .

Use the joey , forklift, or reach lift to retrieve parts throughout the warehouse , load on to the pallet and take them to the dock for designated pick up.

• Transported offloaded inventory to proper storage area in warehouse.
• Reported equipment malfunctions and coordinated repairs.

Load the UMA welding robot with KIA car parts such as bumper , firewall, doors, bumbers. Clamp them down.

The UMA robot then welds the KIA car parts by using copper bits .

Afterwards the UMA robot passes the car parts down the assembly line and workers take the parts to the next work station

Upload and bounce audio to cds , press the cds by using burning towers.

Place cds in hard case and shrink wrap each one by the 100s.

Place them in boxes of 1000, place barcode and shipment location.

Tape up the boxes and ship to BestBuy and FYE globally.
