Install water tight doors. Rip out sleeping quarters and ship office, with closely with supervision. Maintain a healthy relationship with co-workers as a team player. Attend morning briefings daily. And mandatory meetings on mile stone / goal of ship job completion and ship undocking to return to fleet active duty. Work as shipfitter union shop steward to represent greviance brought forward for any Bae worker. Attend grievance hearings to challenge employee right to work before dismissal or to get employee reinstated back to work. Worked normal day work. Eve shift work & midnight shift work when scheduled by management to accomplish Bae mission to keep our U.S. Naval fleet ready to deploy any time and any where when need for the interest of our nation security and to assist in time of disasters aboard and Nationally.
