Industrial and Systems Engineer with a background in optimizing
complex systems and processes. Skilled at identifying opportunities
for improvement, analyzing data, and communicating effectively, I am
also a dedicated team player that is looking to put my experience and
skills towards the success of an organization
- Developed process flow using various tools to monitor fixture capacity by the engineering technician team, which helped improve the overall yield of the line.
- Used Python and SQL to conduct data analysis on the shipping process of cells to Texas.
- Developed a model that successfully predicted the headcount for the Formation area depending on the input and output for the shift, thus helping reduce waste time and saving the company over $200,000/year.
- Implemented SPC charts for all of the steps in Formation, which helped keep track of which steps we are experiencing the most yield loss.
- Worked with the Quality and Raw Materials division at the James Hardie Pulaski plant to find a solution to an undesired variation in the sensor readings for grinded sand, which led to uneven output particle size and therefore extra costs for the production process.
- This goal was achieved through extensive brainstorming, research and testing, eventually coming up with a final solution that ended up saving more than $100,000 per year for our client.
- Took times studies for CGS line and Line 1 and updated Standard Work Excel sheet for CGS line that includes KY, Raven, and Rogue models, which led to various process improvement aspects that were added that reduced TAKT time by 30%.
- Developed from scratch the CMES program for the THOR II line, which allowed the team to now have a reliable program for their supply chain and production to be ramped up by 20% for that specific line.
