• Responsible to manage and lead the negotiation of Logistics to all business of Saint-Gobain in Brazil. Spend of MR$ 350/year, including road freight, sea freight, rail, warehouse and customs clearance.
• Responsible for the delivery of Savings in the Logistic Category, Risk Mitigation and Sustainable targets. Acting as a Business partner to Brazil Supply Team, more specific the Logistics Team supporting them in on their Strategy and Execution of the business plan.
• Developing Category Strategies and Supplier Strategies for Logistics in Brazil.

• Responsible for the Freight Management area to Construction Products Sector of Saint-Gobain in Brazil.
• National Purchasing of Distribution Freight negotiations - Coordinating BIDs to all plants of Construction Products Sector analyzing and identifying opportunities through key indicators, market and following up the development of new suppliers. Total of 40 industrial sites and distribution centers.
• Inbound and Outbound Freight Management - Coordinating the team of procurement and transportation management. Responsible for efficiency key indicators, Freight Cost, projects and ensure compliance of standards and procedures of the department.
