My career covered 8 years of patrol enforcement operations and almost 20 years in federal law enforcement Supervision/Management leadership positions. These positions entailed field command of a unit of 10 employees to a US Border Patrol station of 700 employees. My leadership experience encompassed first line field command to oversight of intelligence and special intelligence operations to special projects and task forces and assignment at the USBP Headquarters in Washington DC. My specialty was in Unified Command/Whole of Government coordination and operations based on NIMS and FEMA ICS processes.
