- Company Overview: I started of as a regular welder but got certified for flux cord welding
- But I'm also certified for mig and stick
- I started of as a regular welder but got certified for flux cord welding

- So as a certified stick welder I was taking out into the field to fix anything that was broken and needed welding with the help of my foreman
- 4 months later I was promoted to 'specialist' which wasn't much of a title it just meant I knew what I was doing and knew how to use my tools
- Just a month after I got promoted again to a lead-men so now that meant when my foreman wasn't around or at work I was leading the welding crew
- I was the youngest one out of the crew and the one with the least time at the job and I was running it when he was gone
- But through the help of my foreman I learned how to run a shop and read the blueprints from work
- I started of as a regular welder but got certified for flux cord welding
- But I'm also certified for mig and stick
