Contracted for the city of Watsonville California during the Loma Prieta earthquake 1989.  Supervised my own construction Crew under Ramos Services.  Raised Victorian homes and set down with new foundations through the inspection of city inspectors.  Built a variety of homes in the South Bay and San Benito County.  I have a wood working shop and have built many wood projects using recycle wood.  I have remolded my own property and retrofitted for earthquake proofing
