I'm responsible for coordinating with train crews to bring in rail cars of chemical products. I sample chemicals, hook up steam and unload hoses then turn on pumps to send product to the tanks. I seal up the rail cars and enter all the correct information into SAP to insure that numbers stay up to date and new product is ordered. I also do small preventive maintenance and repairs.

I rode job sites to check on crews, talked daily to construction managers and did small time estimates to be sure my crews had what they needed to complete the job. I coordinated schedules with the construction managers to be sure we completed tasks in accordance with their schedule as well to meet deadlines.

Managed Crews of techs and my operator assistant. I ran a saddle stitcher producing magazines, insured quality and completed necessary repairs during shift. I also made sure my crew stayed safe and and we all went home as we came in.
