Control DCS, flaking process which made molten Caprolactam into flake by controlling warm liquid on cooling water controlled stainless steel belts at specified rates, this process used flow controlled automatic valves, as well as a pneumatic bagger with palletizing unit. Followed SOP for process. Responsible for tank farm in this area which consisted of moving product from tank to tank. Check all setups and equipment, plus get routine samples readings for board and in field. Follow checklist for routine jobs. Responsible to set up railroad switches drive trackmobile for placement of rail cars to supply raw materials to the process from storage tanks. Also move tanker trucks comfortably throughout plant with yard trailer.
